Paper instructions:
Select a topic in the news (or that has recently been in the news)
that has raised serious issues of legal governance, risk
management and compliance and that is (or was) faced by a
particular organisation or entity and prepare the following:
1. A clear and accurate analytical explanation of the topic, which
covers issues of legal governance, risk management and
compliance. This must not exceed 1500 words.
2. A clear diagram setting out the legal risk issues that have arisen
in relation to the topic. (A Legal Risk Analysis Diagram). In
terms of presentation this must not exceed A3 size paper.
3. A clear diagram setting out the failures in relation to risk
management that have arisen in relation to the topic. (A Risk
Management Chart). In terms of presentation this must not
exceed A3 size paper.
