The Walt Disney Parks and Resorts division of the Walt Disney Company is looking to build a new Disney Attraction and Resort and has asked you to create a proposal for the new location. You will select a country and city for the new Disneyland, and complete a comprehensive external analysis and Internationalization Strategy analysis, using the selection criteria identified in added files PPT and readings.
Your paper will show evidence of a thorough understanding of International expansion selection criteria, and will provide a thorough analysis of your selected location utilizing comprehensive criteria. This paper will require external research on your selected country and city.
NOTE: Disneyland already has locations in Anaheim, Orlando, Paris, Tokyo, Hong Kong, and Shanghai (opening 2016), so do not select any of these locations.
