Refer to the project plan you started in Week 7, ?The Project Plan.? (I will upload 2/23/12 once complete) 1. Create a graphic rendering of the critical path for your project. (Use MS Project, Open, or any comparable project management tool.) 2. Write a two to three (2–3) page memo to the project team that includes the following: a. Describe in words the critical path you have rendered graphically. b. Explain what factors could cause deviation from the critical path. c. Explain the results of deviating from the critical path. d. Describe the triple constraints of a project. The format of the paper is to be as follows: o Typed, double-spaced, Times New Roman font (size 12), one-inch margins on all sides, APA format. o Use headers for each of the subjects being covered, followed by your response. o In addition to the two to three (2–3) pages required, a title page is to be included. The title page is to contain the title of the assignment, your name, the instructor’s name, the course title, and the date. Note: You will be graded on the quality of your answers, graphic depictions, logic/organization of the report, your language skills, and your writing skills.
