Using Virgin Media, critically evaluate the potential for improved customer satisfaction and the business benefits likely to come from improved leadership and increased motivation in this organisation. 200 words Based on the case study provided and any additional academic reading or online research, the writer should be able to identify (say) three significant points that relate to the academic study of this area of management and how it ‘works’ in practice in this organisation. These may be presented as a series of bullet points rather than substantial paragraphs.
A good answer may also be able to identify several general points for good or best practice that are applicable in a range of different organisations working in different sectors of the local, national or international economy.
Provide a bibliography to demonstrate sources of academic reading that you have been able to do to help you understand more about the ideas of Taylor, Herzberg and Maslow.
This should follow the conventions of the Harvard referencing system and should include at least three books, three articles and three online resources to which you have been able to get access. 1 page maximum These should comply fully with the Harvard referencing system.
A good answer will indicate a range of reading in several different media, including both some that have been suggested and others that the individual student has found to be of relevance and value.
