List common Allergic and Adverse Effects (who should not take this drug and why). Please include any contraindications and/or cross sensitivity reactions (if applicable).
Common Dietary considerations and Herbal and/or OTC supplements.
Nursing Considerations: discuss implications for special populations (children, older adults, male vs female, etc).
