Read chapters 7-10 in the Capecci & Cage text. Develop a presentation, based upon an advocacy topic of your choice. You may use the exercises from the first and second modules to develop your topic, as well as the “Prep Sheets” on pages 153-161 of the text. Prepare a Powerpoint presentation advocating for your chosen topic.

As a final paper, write a 4-5 page reflective essay discussing what you have learned about advocacy and the ways in which you plan to use your knowledge as it relates to your professional role within the human services field.
