Perfection Learning, a leader in educational programs, is looking for a mathematics editor to assist with editing designed files.
For this project the editor will read through designed PDF files, checking text and graphical displays for accuracy. The editor will note specific corrections where needed using Adobe’s PDF sticky note feature.
Required Qualifications: Previous editorial experience. Degree in mathematics, applied mathematics, or mathematics education, good working knowledge of Algebra 1 mathematics standards, ability to closely follow specific directions, and meet specified deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications: Familiarity with Webb’s Depth of Knowledge matrix, experience writing or working with New York or Florida mathematics, high school mathematics classroom teaching experience.
You will need to complete a sample task (paid) prior to being hired for this project.
