Controlling the production of illicit drugs: The consequences faced by less developed countries.

 
Western countries in their endeavours to control the production of illicit drugs have arguably resulted in intended consequences for the producer (less) developed countries. Review the current adverse consequences for less developed countries and how these could be improved upon to reduce/remove these unintended consequences.
