Corporate governance code: focus on CSR of Dutch Companies

The paper analyse “Corporate governance code: focus on CSR of Dutch Companies” have to include two parts,
1. “Research goal and relevance” :Describe why should we transparently report CSR and why do firms should improve CSR based on current situation.
2. Analyse ”Danish Law on organisational annual reporting” what they do in terms of CSR and whether we can use that in Dutch company.
This paper should focus on dutch company’s CSR.
