2) Literature review: there are very few recent papers, you should check the main digital libraries (ACM, AISel, Proquest, Business Source, Science Direct and Emerald). It appears the literature review to be well done till 2009, afterward is sketchy.

This in virtue of the fact that you are not advancing another model from the results.
4) Methodology: it?s a general description and you seem to avoid entering the details of what you have done. On one side you suggest that you recorded everything, but you are never putting this out. You are supposed to exactly detail the process. Moreover a qualitative analysis generally require coding or to account for the emergence of a coding structure (eventually checking for inter-subjectivity). You have really to deal better with what you have done and how you were supposed to do from a qualitative point of view. Let me know if you need more structured references.
5) Results: independently from any no disclosure agreement you could have signed ? and that you should have cited ? you have to better characterize the companies. Size does matter as their positioning within the market (how they rank) and how could I weight your claims if I can?t understand of what kind of company are you talking about.
6) Discussion section has to be related with the literature. Discussing you findings without reference to the cited literature makes the work worthless.
