I need propose and develop a decisional making model in e-learning,using a novel algorithm. where any academy institution can select the best Learning Management system(LMS)that will achieve its goal. ofcurse, the decision should be make based on some criteria that we have to give them a weight by using a mathematical method. as well as we have to make performance analysis for the novel algorithm that we will propose,
