Difference between Price Ceiling and Price Floor

The differences between price ceiling and price floor are:
In Price Ceiling, Price is fixed below the Equilibrium Price while in Price Floor, Price is fixed above the Equilibrium Price.
Price Ceiling creates shortage of supply while Price Floor causes excess supply.
The consumer is benefited more through Price Ceiling while the producer gets more benefit by Price Floor.
