Your objective through the essay is to analyze the performance of your favorite energy, oil or mineral companytraded in the stock market. You are expected to do adequate research on the history and background of the company during the last 5 years or more (the time period is optional). A description of the commodity it produces (oil, gold, gas, iron, power, etc.), products &services, and recent events that are relevant to its valuation (for example financing, investment or management decisions or stock market events). Feel free to use relevant charts and tables to support your analysis.
The essay should be 3 pages long-min, typed in Times New Roman(font size 12) with 1.5 line spacing. Include a proper header with your name, Penn State ID (xyz123) and the course number, and number your pages in the bottom right hand corner. If using stock-chart figures (recommended) use figure captions with figure number. You must include citations of the sources you reference in one specific styleout of those recommended by the university (refer:https://www.libraries.psu.edu/psul/researchguides/citationstyles.html). It is recommended that you follow the organization of your essay as follows:
