Title of your comic/cartoon/graphic novel
Your target audience and grade level.
The instructional design process you followed to develop the assignment
The lesson you are trying to teach
How your project can be used for teaching or supporting a classroom lesson, and the importance of using comics/cartoons/graphic novels in the classroom.
The principles and elements of visual/media literacy and/or Mayer’s multimedia principles that you employed for the assignment.
Your own definition of comics, cartoons, and graphic novels, the differences between them and their unique educational affordances.
Reflection about challenges completing the assignment.
After you finish your project, you will upload your project and individual reflection into your wiki in the proper section. Include a link to your project in the “My comic/cartoon/graphic novel” forum in CourseDen so your peers can view it. Even if you are working with a partner, both have to individually post your own URL.
