HR Reflection Paper
Although not every student will necessarily pursue a career in human resource management, every student can benefit from understanding how HR professionals think. For example, understanding what types of answers interviewers are looking for or how managers evaluate performance can give you an “insider’s edge” as a job candidate or employee. To facilitate this learning, you will write a paper describing how you will apply what you have learned in this course in the workplace or in your job search. Your paper will be graded on the depth of your insights as well as on the quality of your writing.
You do not need to use a reference for this paper
