Short Paper: Decide on an issue in Human Rights that is of interest to you and that you would like to investigate further. It could be an exploration of a topic inadequately covered in class. Feel free to talk with me about your topic and get some guidance. This paper should not be merely a collection of information about an issue. It should demonstrate a critical analysis of the topic. Explain why the issue is important to you. What are some of the weaknesses, biases, inadequacies of the sources you have used? What conclusions have you drawn from the research you have made? More instruction will be provided on the nature of the paper and the presentations in class. You will write a 3-5 paged paper (double- spaced). It is due in class on April 19, 2016.
