We are creating a merchandising plant in Durango, Mexico that produces medical machinery that can be sent to hospitals in Mexico and abroad.

Part 1:
You are researching the culture and politics of Mexico. Focus on the areas that will directly impact us, such as the drug and violence issues that call for top notch

medical care. Also, any governmental laws and statutes that will determine how we start up. If there are any political restrictions we need to know about them.

Part 2:
You’re researching transportation, security, and materials. So, what materials will we need to build our business? What materials will we need to build our products?

How will we get these materials sent to us? How will we ship our products? What security measures do we need to take to ensure nothing gets broken or stolen?

Part 3, I will be taking care of the resource systems (electricity, plumbing, power…) employees, and the expansion plan.
