Consider if and how what you have read and learned changes your thinking and might affect your practice in both personal and professional situations. We had a true/false quiz every time we were done with a chapter. 1 test and a group project that was an analysis of the business climate of a particular country (British Petroleum in United Kingdom) by a team of students. You could talk about team work with people with different background or culture.
