This is the final part of my research paper which include the Background , Literature Review and the final Proposal. I have already finished the background and literature part. Hope u can help me to finish the final proposal part and the conclusion. In this essay, i play as a NASA engineer to give the information to the Chinese Space Agency so that they can decide whether to join the International Space Station Program. As the role i played, i suggest the Chinese Space Agency to join the ISS program.
