1- Provide a detailed conceptualization of the conflict in question.
It will provide background information related to the conflict and examples of how the conflict manifests itself.
2- The paper and presentation should discuss how the conflict escalated
3-The interpersonal or social psychological facets of the conflict;
4- Previous efforts to resolve the conflict
– The conceptualization should be grounded in the conflict resolution literature.
Important:
The paper should also include a minimum of 12 primary or secondary sources.
At minimum, 5 of these sources should be used to provide background information on the conflict. Peer reviewed journals.
Moreover, 6 of the sources,, should be peer reviewed journal articles and need to address the theoretical conceptualization utilized

REMEMBER, this is an analysis of a conflict which implies there are parties to this conflict. These must be clearly identified, as well as their perceived differences, causes for the conflict, strategies to resolve it, etc.
Important Class Textbooks to know how to classify the conflicts
You may want to read over the Introduction Section of the Coleman, Deutsch, & Marcus (2014) text, pp. 25-28. These questions are related to all types of conflicts and identify conflict processes that may help identify the type of conflict you will be analyzing. They may help organize the analysis of the conflict. Especially, helping narrowing it down a bit. Again, on pages 33-37, Coleman, et al. (2014) share questions that have been the topics of research in this area. I found them very helpful when analyzing an outside conflict.
