110. Issues of Gender in South Asia
The eassy should include :Gender, particularly the status of women, in South Asia
has been much in the news over the past few years (for instance: Malala Yousafzai and
the 2016 Delhi rape case). Using at least three credible sources, examine a specific case
related to gender equality, or women’s rights in South Asia. What are the key issues
related to the case you have examined? What do we learn about the status of women in
your particular case study? You may also focus on the representation of these cases in the
media for your paper.
