In regard to a for-profit business, define and describe a “learning organization,” including its strengths and potential problems and weaknesses. The paper should be single spaced. It should have a word count of at least 1,200 words. The format should be that set out in the example at Section 51f of The Little, Brown Book, page 802 et seq in the eleventh edition (but do not draft an abstract page). It should be in Times New Roman, 12 point font, 1.00″ margins all around. Citations should be in APA format with a references page which will not count as part of the word count. You should cite at least five sources, two of which must be books.

1. In the References Page double space between references.
2. Single space everywhere else.
3. Put a location in all in-line citations.
4. Place an in-line citation after each quote, paraphrase, idea, etc., not just at end of paragraph.
5. This time use a cover page but no abstract.
