The case study has nursing case notes which needs to be thoroughly assessed as drugs may have some contraindications with the current disease. the pharmacokinetics and pharmacodynamics must be explain well using appropriate nursing/medical language. my tutor is looking for a thorough and well explained pathophysiology and phamacology which needs to be linked with the patient presenting signs and symptoms.
