Professional Development Plan(PDP) is to be prepared as a new graduate who is applying for a position into the graduate nurse program. NOT as a student nurse who is preparing to graduate.
PDP template will not be words counted, but it need to be filled. The last part of Discussion paper (1200 words) need to provide the rationals which are closed related to the PDP template.
