Scenario:
You are a small project management group in a large software company. You have been asked to mange the “click and collect” project from “feasibility study” to “operation” in Greater Toronto Area. Four retail stores (Loblows, Target, Metro, and Canadian Tire) will participate in this program. All delivery boxes have been already installed by another company in Yonge line subway stations. Every station has 20 boxes. All small items (be able to fit into delivery boxes) except perishable foods can be purchased and delivered in this program. Buyers will be able to buy from your website. Mobile apps (IOS and Android) also will be lunched. The deadline to be fully operational is the end of 2014.
Your company will receive 1% commission for every sale.
