In your group project report, you are required to:

Provide a scope statement of the project.
Produce a detailed WBS for the project.
Discuss what systems were put in place to ensure project success.
Demonstrate how collaboration was used to ensure project coherence across a range of business functional areas.
Elaborate on the role that organisational and national culture played in ensuring project success. Identify potential resource conflicts. Then evaluate the strategy that was utilised to ensure the effective use of resources.
Assess Information Communication Technology (ICT) resource (organisation wise and project wise) as fit for purpose.
Use Project Management Software to prepare the retrospective project plan at the point of project ending (including Network Diagram and Critical Path Analysis).
Prepare the risk management plan. This needs to include risk identification, risk assessment and risk control strategies, as well as the risk communication plan which forms a part of a standard risk management process.
Evaluate the tools and methods that were used in the project.
In your individual reflection report, you are required to critically reflect on the management of the project by your group, the lessons learned during the process, and your contribution to the group work.
