This is a weekly journal. the professor is very demanding and you need to follow all the instructions . I need you to read chapter 8 and conclusion from this book : Heineman, et al( I provided a scan copy). and chapter 9 and 10 from this book: Pal( I also will provide a scan copy) YOU MUST read carefully then writing a journal by answering the following four questions.

1.List five policies or policy issues addressed by governments discussed by the texts (Heineman, et al. and Pal ) . You need to have items from both readings for the week. The facts do not have to be listed in sentence format and better done with as few words as possible.You must include the authors last name and the page number from where you selected the problem.

2. Describe in detail one issue or policy in 1-2 paragraphs, explaining why you chose this one to discuss. Why is it important?

3. List all of the possible the stakeholders within this policy/policy issue and discuss in detail at least four of the stakeholders and their relationship with the policy.

4. Finally, describe the instruments used and the role of the agencies/ bureaucracy in the implementation process.

the journal format should be first list of policies or policy issues( few words not sentence format) then answer each point (2,3,4) fully and correctly. it is very important to follow all the instructions above. show analyzing for what you read and the policies or policy issues you selected. the books you going to read are : 1-Heineman, R.A., Bluhm, W.T., Peterson, S.A., & Kearny, E.N. = I have some general points I want to share now as you prepare for writing journal:
First and foremost, make sure that you are answering all of the questions in the instructions. It is really important to hit upon all of the questions and fully answer them.
2-Reread your work carefully before you submit it so that all of your ideas come through clearly.
3-Use APA style to reference the books and other readings that help to build your argument.
4- Make sure to selected an actual policy versus a concept of a policy due to It could have been a stronger discussion if you had .
