Briefly describe you understanding of the key characteristics of action research. Then consider what you know/have learned about yourself and how you relate to others. Explain how one personal characteristic (values, including your teaching philosophy; cultural perspective; and personality/communication style) might influence your ability as an action researcher. Choose the one characteristic and discuss how the characteristic influences your behavior. Use specific examples based on your experience. Discuss a key characteristic of action research that might be challenging for you to incorporate and why. Identify two actions that you will work on over the semester to strengthen your skill as an action researcher. Length: 3 pages.
