Should Law Schools Offer Distant Learning?

Order Description
This is only a abstract to the title question “Should Law Schools Offer Distant Learning?” The thesis/abstract should be no more than 150-200 words. The guidlines for this upcoming paper is as broad as a paper can get. I will be asking questions to students from law schools if they would benefit from being able to attend law school online. Different from some Universities like “Concord” university, I am singling the schools in my case study to non-profit schools…the old brick and mortar law schools. Reasons why it has not been approved yet…The ABA has a monopoly over credited law schools and says what can an cannot be used to teach students. Who would this benefit… students that live too far away; Professional students that have other obligations that cannot drive to campus every day; it also makes the JD degree more obtainable for the older student with time restraint responsibilities.
Obviously my stance on this subject is that I argue that distant learning should be offered to students and allow those that cannot be on campus every day to still be able to earn a JD if they put in the hard work. However, to be clear…I am only referring to accredited schools…U of I, Georgetown, UCLA, WASH U, just to name a few. Not for profit schools. Please do a little research and come up with a thesis/abstract that would be fitting for my argument. thank you

One more thing, the questions I plan to ask are very simple and basic to the students I interview. The questions will be something like: “Do you think an option for distant learning would be beneficial for students trying to obtain a JD? YES NO Why not?
