Applied Sociology Reflection Paper Part A: Draft Assignment

Instructions
Review the various topics and readings studied in the nine units of this course.
Select three of those topics
Write a draft of a 500-700 word (approximately three pages) reflection paper in which you identify and explore the possible relationship of these topics to your area of study, your work and life experience, or your education
The paper must incorporate support for each topic area with at least two external reference sources; a minimum of six sources must be included.
Remember, the focus of this first draft is to try to establish interesting connections between sociology as a field of study and the world in which you live and work.
The draft will be reviewed by the professor and given feedback which you should use in refining your ideas in your final submission (Part B)
While points will not be docked for formatting and strict adherence to APA style in this draft, it is always a good idea to begin organizing your thoughts early and logically, and you will save yourself time later if you get into the habit of using good APA style from the beginning.
