start an immediate job of researching disease in which there are mesenchymal stem (or stromal) cell (MSC) dysfunction. I have found papers that show MSCs from patients and diabetic mice show functional deficits and can’t be used for MSC transplants. I would to assemble a collection of all papers from any disease that shows MSC deficits/changes. I would also like a table summarizing the disease, MSC source, documented changes, and how they determined the changes (procedure).
