Just to summarise for clarity- you please write 3 pages considering an internal and external analysis that brings into play a (1) stakeholder analysis (2) a PEST analysis and then (3) a SWOT analysis drawing upon the PEST, Stakeholder and new insights. Tabular, dot points or short concise sentences are appropriate for this section and referencing is not required. Part 2 of the assignment draws together the analysis and involves you in an attuned synthesis of the analysis that orients itself toward the implications of the analysis for strategic planning in a 2 page report. Here you will be required to build your argument for how the analysis should be considered in terms of strategic planning into the future. In this section you do cite references from the literature that do speak to your implications summary.
