The papers should be written in academic style. Use third person (she, he, the writer, it, one) when writing a formal paper. Do not use the first person (I, we) or second person (you, they).

This is a short paper, 10 pages in length (not counting title and reference pages).
Use at least four (4) but no more than ten (10) current sources (last 5 years from 2012 up) which must be from professional journals.
Popular magazines or newspapers are not considered professional references though ideas from such sources might be used to support ideas and concepts from professional research.
Website information is not acceptable unless it is an on-line refereed journal. DO NOT use or cite Wikipedia.
You must cite your sources for any quotes and whenever you use ideas or concepts from another writer. Three or four citations per page are generally considered adequate for a well-developed paper.
The paper should contain an introduction, a body and a conclusion.
The introduction should specify/introduce the topic. The body of the paper should include research organized with appropriate headings. The conclusion should provide a brief summary of all of the foregoing .
