Make an A2 size poster for presentation from the document . Need to include all of the points. Make it less word and more picture instead. Need to be attractive to attract the audience.

What we had discuss as a class
1. Allocation of task based on strength of each individual instead of
choosing through volunteer (Structural)
2. No proper training given to managers and workers hence most group
had problems manufacturing ovens in the first 2 to 3 weeks (Human
Resource Framework)
3. Communication restriction on cross departments as well as vertical
integration (Structural) i.e. Lower level workers did not know how sales
were going through management level
4. Managers and upper level management were too focus on making
achievement s and results. Hence, they were not motivating workers to
create a family clan (Structural)
5. Task were no allocated appropriately. Some workers throughout the
production line were not doing anything most of the time. Hence,
workers bored of their job. Additionally, some workers were too free
and demotivated hence, they decided to sabotage the production line.
Lack of efficiency and proper planning, should put some resources into
job enrichment. (Conflict)
6. Some groups had given goals to workers and if the goal was achieved
rewards would be given. Throughout the stimulation, it has been
proven this way has motivated the quantity and quality produced
throughout the production line (Human Resource Framework)
7. Lack of new equipment to improve production efficiency. Additionally,
the old equipment did affect workers ability and mood to produce good
quality products. Which falls back to how there was a lack of
concentration at the lower level employees (Structural Framework)

Our own experience
1. There was no shared goals and directions throughout the company
2. No efficiency and there was a lot of wastage
3. Workers aren’t working yet demand pay
4. Pays were not given on time due to lack of staff for each departments,
too focus on producing products. Also, this might be due to lack of
appropriate allocation throughout cross departments.

Solutions
1. Plan properly and deliver goals an direction to workers in order to
implement a transparent company
2. Improve in cross department communication “communication, oral
presentations and empathy is a key attribute of superior performing
managers”
3. Provide proper training and efficient task diving for both worker and
managers
4. Provide performance review for all staffs ( Empathy, Moran 1987) i.e.
have performance review every 2 weeks when production line started
and when things are running more smoothly, could have done 1 in 4
weeks
5. Reward good employees i.e. employee of the month. This can motivate
other employees to inject more effort in order to gain recognition
6. Put more effort into creating a family environment throughout the
company structure – emphasis on job enrichment (Quinn, 2008) and
truly care for the employees of the company
