The presentation is to assess the quality of technical content, quality of visuals, the quality of delivery and demonstration understanding the topic discussed.

Robert is a registered BAS agent. ATO is investigating ABC’s last five year’s BAS returns and the director of ABC has requested Robert to delay the investigation process. Robert does not want to lose this client so he removes the relevant documents and ‘misplaces’ them elsewhere.
In addition, Robert has received a reminder from the insurance company that his professional indemnity insurance has been overdue for two months.
