There are two articles, one supports gentrification, the other argues gentrification. You need to read them both, and pick a position, either with or against. You need to list three reasons based on your position, and state them in the thesis. each article is considered a source, but you need to add at least one more source to make them THREE sources. that source could anything from your choice except Wikipedia.
