Examine the policies used by companies to promote diversity in the workplace. Assess the positive effects from their implementation (e. g.
increased productivity, job satisfaction, and loyalty) and possible problems. Discuss whether governmental regulation of workplace
diversity does more good or bad.
Assignments:
The assignments must be typewritten and follow APA (6th Edition) format. All assignments must be five pages in length or length specified
in assignment (excluding title and reference page), double-spaced, use Times New Roman Font, 12 Point Font Size, ad don’t exceed specified
page limits. The following criteria will be used to evaluate your assignments: 1. Evidence of higher level organization and presentation,
presenting arguments and evidence, logically developing conclusions that are consistent with arguments and evidence that you present. Your
assignments should focus on key points and don’t add in lots of facts that are not necessary. Find data that supports your argument(s).
Grammatical accuracy, punctuation, spelling, and professional appearance are required. 2. Your ability to adequately express your grasp of
the major concept(s). In other words, your ability to demonstrate your understanding of operations management concepts and skills covered
in class and in the text as appropriate guidelines for each assignment. You must use Microsoft Word. There is a minimum of 10 scholarly
resources that must be used in your research paper. References must be effectively used and cited correctly to receive full credit.
