Using the above direction comment on the below statement.
Which product do you believe Digital Worldwide should release to consumers? Why did you make this choice?

I believe the company should proceed with the Smart Ring. Not only is it a better market to enter into in my opinion but the Drone market is not fully ready yet. There are many regulations and unknowns with this product and could set the company backwards. Health has become a huge lately and consumers are starting to do things to ensure their health is better.

What is one supply chain management strategy that you think is viable in this market (choose from disintermediation, strategic collaboration, outsourcing, and vertical integration)? Why did you make this choice?

With supply chain issues I think outsourcing would be the best option at least for the time being. Outsourcing will allow them to focus on the main aspects of their business which is innovation and customer service.

How will one of the competencies or core values you chose last week help the company be successful in this market? (Refer back to the module 1 discussion to review the competencies or core values you chose.)

Last week I choose customer oriented and employee based environments. With the company being customer oriented, this product will allow for the customers to customize their product to their daily lives. Employees will be well trained on the product to ensure they can answer any customer’s questions and give the outstanding customer service they are known for.
