Week #3 Written Report:
Transactional and Transformational Leadership
Please write at least a 3 page paper comparing and contrasting two leaders, one leader that is considered a transactional leader George H. W. Bush (41st President) and one that is a transformational leader Steve Jobs (Apple co-founder, chairman, and CEO). The paper should address their backgrounds and how their different leadership approaches have been manifested in their roles. The instructor wants to see the comprehension of the content as you compare, contrast and define transactional and transformational leadership throughout this paper.
*Paper should include title and reference page, doubled space, and written in APA style, with at least 3 references (sources). Minimum length of the paper is 3 pages not including title and reference page. Thank you.
