The general concept for the paper is to gain a greater awareness about a particular theory and how it arose to be recognized as a professional practice for psychotherapy or counseling. Students may use any examples or resources to defend the theory, but the paper must include the title of the theory, a brief history about theory, how it has influenced today’s Psychology, and whether the theory is still used today. Students may also include opinions and thoughts about the theory as it relates to Psychology.
