The research paper must include an Introduction, a Literature Review, a Study Design section (showing hypotheses, choice of method) and a Results section which has analysis of the results found, thorough discussion and interpretation of results linking them to the literature review and managerial and research implications.
The paper must also include a Reference List using Harvard Style and in text referencing.
The research will be based on secondary data and must address the following research questions:
– What are the different theoretical styles of management?
– What does previous research say about the most effective management style/s?
– Are some management styles more suitable than others based on a company’s line of business or organizational structure?
– Based on research, what is my conclusion regarding the most effective management style.
