The paper may present new work, discuss and analyze a new approach or concept, provide a survey and analysis of recent
developments, provide a comprehensive tutorial of a specific aspect or technique, or review and compare various approaches to
the implementation of systems engineering (SE). Sources of SE literature include INCOSE, U.S. Government agencies (e.g. NASA
and the DOD), and ANSI/EIA. The paper must provide, discuss and comprehensively review SE concepts and principles, and must
present original work or provide a new perspective.
