By now, you should have firmed up your idea(s) for a project to pursue through communication with your professor and classmates. Explain through a post in Blackboard the following: (Topic: Please choose one that fits)
o What problem(s) your suggested project solves or what opportunities it capitalizes on.
o How does it fit the scope statement template previously mentioned (page 105 of the textbook), hence making it a viable project. Next, respond to at least two (2) posts of your classmates and comment on their potential project ideas.

Week 3
• Select a project, and determine at least two (2) aspects of the project scope that might have the tendency to go out of scope and potentially derail the project. Next, develop a WBS that contains the three (3) levels of detail and takes the two (2) eventualities you determined into account.

Week 4
• It has been stated that managers recognize time, cost, and resource estimates as critical if planning, executing, and monitoring and controlling are to influence the success of the project. After watching the video, refer to Week 3 Assignment 1, and determine at least two (2) factors that have an impact on the time and cost estimate aspects of a project. Support your answer.
