This is a qualitative research exploring the reasons for the turnover of graduate trainees.
Interview based research exploring the reasons for turnover of graduate trainees. Need to make up a few more quotes where appropriate. Also, need to link findings back to studies done by March and Simon and Lee and Mitchell.
Before starting the paper, it is advised to first read these turnover literature: March and Simon’s Job Satisfaction Model (1958), Lee and Mitchell’s Unfolding Model (1996) and Lee and Mitchell’s Job Embeddedness Model (2000) as these form the backbone of the research.
