Academic help online

Paralegals often perform searches for information on real properties. This exercise has the student locate real property information as recorded in deeds located online.
By using the Internet, search for information on a property located at 100 Main Street, Foxborough, Massachusetts.
Visit the Norfolk County Registry of Deeds. Click “Online Research” and then select the “Begin Norfolk On-line Research” option. Click Free Access and on the page that opens, click “Click here to access to Norfolk records.” Click “Land Docs by Address” and search from January 1, 1990 to the date of the exercise. In a Word document record your findings, including the following:
What is the first document listed?
What is the amount?
Who are the grantors?
Who is the grantee?
What is the date upon which the document was recorded?
Additionally, draft a 400–700 word memo explaining the procedures used to search title in person at the deed registry of your home state, and list the appropriate forms. Prepare your findings in the same Word document.

On a separate page, cite all sources using the Bluebook format.
