1. A construction project consists of the following activities as mentioned in the table:
Draw the AON network for the project,
a)What will be the minimum project completion time and how much it would cost?
b)If the overhead costs are 5/day, at what duration would total cost be a minimum?
c)Draw the direct indirect and minimum cost curve. Give your argument as a contractor as well as client to choose the appropriate minimum cost duration.
d)If there is a penalty of 10/day if the project exceeds 27 days and a bonus of 10/day if the project is completed before 27 days, will the minimum cost and optimum duration would be same or different and give your comments.
