Discuss with your Learning Team your own personal and workplace
related values. Then choose an existing organization with which you
are familiar, and analyze the values within the organization.
Write a 700 to 1,050 – word paper that analyzes the previously
discussed individual values and organizational values as reflected by
the organization’s plans and actions. Include the following:
• Explain and discuss the personal and workplace values of your
Learning Team members.
• Explain how your individual values drive your actions and
behaviors. Then the alignment between your values, actions
and behaviors with those of your Learning Team members.
• Analyze the alignment between the chosen organization’s
stated values and the organization’s actual plans and actions.
• Explain the differences between your values and the values of
organization as reflected by the organization’s plans and actions.
Format your paper consistent with APA guidelines.
