Virginia Planter and Slaveholder
The following paper will address the perspective of a Virginia Planter and Slaveholder during the development and growth of the thirteen original colonies. The paper will define the effects that the philosophical ideals embodied by the Declaration of Independence had on Virginia Planters and Slaveholders as well as the similarities and differences in the Articles of Confederation and the Constitution and the role they played with the Virginia Planters and Slaveholders.
