Write a 5-7 page paper in which you:
Think back on the last time you accessed health care services in your community and make recommendations for incorporating unapplied telecommunications concepts that would have improved your visit. Provide specific examples to support your response.
Analyze your local health services provider and make at least two (2) recommendations for applying various process improvement frameworks that could be applied to the management of the IM / IT department. Describe the likely outcome of said application.
Determine how your local health services provider could benefit from a robust configuration management database. Provide specific examples to support your response.
Cite at least two (2) references from peer-reviewed sources to support your argumentation.
Your assignment must:
Be typed, double spaced, using Times New Roman font (size 12), with one-inch margins on all sides; references must follow APA or school-specific format. Check with your professor for any additional instructions.
