Identify a clinical practice experience/incident that has influenced nursing practice. Reflect on this experience/incident and critically analyse the impact on nursing practice, including both positive and negative elements.

Identification and discussion of the actual (or potential) impact of the incident/ practice issue on the child and family (with reference to relevant literature)
Critique of relevant literature to support discussion around the significance of issue/ incident to outcomes of care
